Frame House
“Like an artistic embrace, free-standing frames delicately encase the essence of a home, blurring the boundaries between construction and the tranquil canvas of nature.”
The elegance, grandeur, and serenity of earlier Greek and Roman architecture are unparalleled even today. The timelessness that the scale and material palettes produce, not to forget the intricately carved cornices and arches standing in harmony with the organized gardens and meadows. A contemporary approach that is influenced by this style, commended by the client, gave way to this magnificent creation. Laid down on a sloping site, the driveway leads to a splendid view of the scale and order created by the collonades serenading the user to transition into a previous timeline. The towering columns create a portico that has the utmost functional usage even in Kerala’s tropical climate, to deal with climate. The landscape almost embraces the rigidity of the structure and blends it into a subtle composition of white and green. Just like M V Rohe said, “god is in the details”, the intricate work on cornices can be noticed even at first glance and would gain appreciation even from an onlooker, to the sheer craftmanship portrayed. The spaces are blended with the landscape to behave as a single unit with distinguished properties.

Lal Kothi
The sharp slopes on site extend down to the river Zuari in the south and are flanked by lush tropical greens on its east and west with the approach road on its north. The plot itself though was largely barren other than a large, frail-looking mango tree that occupied the center. The result was a breathtakingly satisfying composition: off a merrily flowing river at the far end, enjoyed through an ideal arrangement of palm grooves, under which wooden canoes regularly get pulled up by hardworking fishermen while your eyes wander over the age-old fishing village among the periodic tintinnabulations of the village temple.
The very first ideas emerged when the visibly unhealthy-looking mango tree located right in the middle of the plot miraculously revived itself, as though finding a new purpose in life. This was certainly a good omen, which immediately brought the tree among the central ideas for the house.
The house is organized on two levels. The upper level has the living, dining, and kitchen and is accessible from the road level, while private quarters are on the lower level. Exposed laterite retaining wall is used to raise the side setback to the living room level to create accessible landscaped gardens on upper levels, this gives an illusion of the structure being single.

tender drawings, oversaw execution on site, and managed the

DC BOOKS is a haven where literature intertwines with industrial chic. Our vision is to create a unique and immersive experience for book lovers, blending the raw essence of concrete and metal with the warmth of wooden textures.
Drawing inspiration from the coexistence of raw and refined elements, our bookstore exudes a modern, minimalistic, and rustic charm. The layout is thoughtfully designed with distinct areas to cater to diverse needs:
The material palette combines exposed concrete walls for an urban feel, black steel bookshelves for a contemporary touch, and warm wooden elements for a welcoming ambiance. Thoughtful lighting enhances the space, creating a cozy atmosphere for reading and highlighting book displays.
Our carefully selected color scheme revolves around neutral tones inspired by the materials we have utilized. Shades of gray, beige, and black, derived from the concrete and metal elements, form the foundation of the design. To add vibrancy and contrast, we have tastefully introduced subtle pops of color through decorative elements, such as cushions, wall art, and indoor plants.

Groza - by the teaseller
The interior design project for Café “Groza” will be a testament to the harmony of nature’s palette and the artistry of interior design. It will be a sanctuary where patrons can retreat, rejuvenate, and embark on a sensory journey through the world of tea. “Groza” will be more than just a café; it will be an experience, a symphony of tranquility and delight that promises to leave an indelible impression on every visitor.
The furniture selection will be a balance of comfort and elegance. Cozy armchairs and plush sofas will be adorned with soft cushions, inviting guests to relax and unwind. We’ll integrate natural materials such as wood and stone to enhance the connection with the earth. The layout will be thoughtfully designed to offer both communal spaces for group gatherings and intimate corners for those seeking solitude.
The tea itself will be showcased as an art form. A dedicated tea display area will present an exquisite collection of teas from around the world. The tea bar, adorned with gold detailing, will serve as the focal point of the café, where skilled tea specialists will prepare and serve tea with grace and precision.
The dominant color palette will be inspired by lush greens, evoking the feeling of being nestled within a tranquil garden. Shades of emerald, jade, and moss will grace the walls and furnishings, while hints of glistening gold accents will add a touch of luxury and opulence. This harmonious blend of colors will create an atmosphere that immediately soothes and uplifts the spirit of anyone stepping into the café.

Goan getaway
The villa is located in the quaint beautiful village of Aldona. Surrounded by refreshing green farmlands, we decided to build a simple villa from where one can enjoy the serenity of the site.
The design is simple & the villa becomes a place of solace with views of paddy fields from the
balconies. To tap into the site's full potential, the orientation of the villa is East-West with a water body in the northeast and bedrooms on the southwest corner to allow a cool breeze into the space.
The most salient feature of the villa is the view and the balconies which are positioned in a manner that allows a surreal view throughout.

Art of Home
Designed interiors for an artist with curvy edges and antique furniture accompanied by bright colors of art. The design was carefully curated to provide a unique experience that reflects the client's artistic personality and taste. The furniture selected is curved, adding a touch of elegance and giving a soft-edged look. The antique furniture is chosen for its timeless beauty and adds a sense of history and character to the space.
The walls are adorned with bright and bold works of art, which perfectly complement the surroundings. The use of bright colors in the artwork adds vibrancy and a cheerful feel to the overall ambiance.

Pack of Concrete
Right from the entrance, this home exudes an array of experiences, making sure that the beauty of the building on the outside is carried forward toward the inside. The landscaping elements are a combination of both existing vegetation on the site, as well as subtle additions that perfectly complement the built form. The playful interplay of massing within a varied scale aims to convey a sense of discovery with each step forward. The contrast between its tropical green surroundings and the ruggedness of the grey stone pavement, provide the perfect backdrop for this intriguing building. The visual feasibility of a garage space has been closely considered here, which stands within the backdrop of a lush green landscape which is the perfect setting that encloses yet another visual experience. The dynamic arrangement of the hard-scape pavements and the strategic placement of the garage are all a part of this design approach. Characterized by simple masses and a contrasting color scheme, the view of the residence has been curated in such a way that offers privacy and openness simultaneously. This is achieved through tall bamboo trees and perforated openings with stones placed vertically at the road-facing side of the site. Evidently, this is a space that has explored all aspects of comfortable usability, yet not compromising on the diverse experiences that a building can offer. Every space is a visual frame on its own, that reveals itself as the architecture unfolds.
Rustic Box
When we start a design that for hold for a decade, will need some design corrections to match with the current trends in architecture. This project was one of those where we tried to retouch the design, without causing many changes to the existing build mass before we could take up the interiors. Rustic Corten steel finish was introduced in the façade to make it contradictory to the rest of the structure. Interiors were also treated as a continuation to the exterior material palate, creating neat straight lines of contemporary architectural style.
Crete- Margao
The idea for the coining of the term ‘crete’ arrived from the word ‘concrete’. As the name suggests this building has a concrete luxury home setup. The client had the wish to introduce a European contemporary style to the whole system. The home setup was individualized with totally automated technology which increased the extravagant lifestyle.
The plan designs were to discover the ultimate comfort and accommodation received from the creation. A classy delicate finish was provided to the interiors.
The slope created was divided in the form of easy accessibility to the ground floor and a direct entrance towards the basement area. The concept design was segregated into 3 zones including a live-in block, a Relax block, and a residential block. The plan offers plenty of space and extra detailed styling.

The house is designed to seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living, with multiple terraces and a beautiful infinity pool that overlooks the city skyline. It is truly a one-of-a-kind home that embodies the sophistication and elegance of modern Dubai living.
Colors of Sweet
Could there ever be a better combination for desserts than some ice cream with dried fruits? Well, Jaffa provides everything from dates to dried fruits of the highest quality and as an icing on top of the cake, the dessert café, Dessert Storm, of the same, ownership keeps its place on the upper floor. A striking balance is created between the ravishing vertical louvers that line the first floor and the openness of the ground floor. The design was suited for ideal commercial usage, creating intrigue as well as being open for the users. The right blend of green spaces provides a serene touch to the ecstatic setting. The vertical louvers are custom-made to add the element of dynamism as well as bring in a cool breeze inside. The louvers and the verticality in the pattern language of the design add character to the overall design and yet stand out on their own. The designs of both the commercial shops and well fused into the fabric of the city bustling with activity.
Dessert storm
The site is located in a prime location in Payyambalam. An uncluttered plot to the roadside, it is suited to accommodate a well designed commercial complex.
The present condition of the space provides an opportunity to develop a commercial unit. It also has the advantage of being easily accessible from the main road.
The space endows the potential to be developed into a well-designed zone with adequate display units and standardized conditions. It further aids in promoting the brand, by creating a unique kiosk design.
