Office Headquarters
A project developed for an office building in Gurgaon was evoked by the idea of traditional combined with contemporary architecture. The material used to feature the station was Agra
sandstone and was modified to stand out from the surrounding centers'.
A balance between a thoughtful blending into the surrounding scale and an elegant, yet significant expression has been the driving thought behind this design. City in a Building
The new administrative building Complex for North Goa consists of one single building in the Patto Plaza complex of Panjim city. The site is located adjacent to the famous Ourem Creek that flows north-south along the Rua de Ourem on the other side, which flanks the heritage area of mala- Fountainais. The recently upgraded bus station lies within walking distance of the site. The Primary Feature of the master plan consists of creating a large plaza that connects the two banks of Querem Creek.
Thus connecting the Patto Plaza to the main city in a seamless way. The plaza would unfold new vistas of the creek and mangroves. The circular void looks at the assembly hall which also serves as a projection screen. The Restaurants on the lower deck attract visitors, tourists & sports enthusiasts and the terrace above would provide a much-required foreground to the building the plaza thus provides free movement of people from both sides of the city as well as from the station.

Medical college city
The developments in and around the Medical College guided us to generate a business proposal for a bus stand that holds commercial amenities. This is one of the self-driven business proposals from DACglobal, catering to a bus stand with a capacity of 20+ buses and 3.7 lakh square feet of buildup dedicated to commercial and parking use.
Beyond architecture, the project remains challenging in numbers to make it viable for the client and add value to society. The project is designed in such a way that the people visiting the medical college and the surroundings will get a proper way of commutation and the necessary infrastructure. The decision to retain the land profile was crucial where we began the work from. The design is owned by DACglobal and is on its way to getting shape.
Beyond architecture, the project remains challenging in numbers to make it viable for the client and add value to society. The project is designed in such a way that the people visiting the medical college and the surroundings will get a proper way of commutation and the necessary infrastructure. Renovation of the Focal Point
The KSRTC Bus terminal is designed to cater to the growing city of Calicut and its developing urban landscape. The facility is equipped with high-end utilities and quality amenities, and its location has established it as a commercial center. The project adds additional value to the area as a transit hub, co-existing with the prime traffic in the city center.
The built structure is a combination of contemporary architecture that merges with a colonial style laid out by the heritage buildings from the bygone era. The overall design forms a cohesive connection with the commercially suited interior spaces, creating a worthwhile experience of space, scale, and architectural character.
The structure not only communicates independently with the immediate users, but it also forms a part of the fabric of the urban landscape with its function and location. The renovation projects optimize the usage of ramps that lead to different levels of the building, and they also connect these floors to the users through foot-over bridges and vertical circulation methods.
In this way, the facility adds to the commercial center of Calicut while also incorporating elements of the city's heritage and history. The combination of contemporary and colonial architecture creates a unique and interesting design that enhances the user experience and the connection to the local area. Secretariat building
The existing building was created from the structure that was covered for this project. The major issue for expansion was to create a large footprint area and to increase the parking space. The inverted building concept was used to evolve a solidified architectural mass and elegance in the creation. The department divisions were created by interlinking 5 blocks to create a broad view of the structure.
Museum of war memorial
War memorial museum project creates a space of sanctitude in the memory of Jawans and of pride, and honor for their families and citizens of India, which is respectful to the context. To indulge the idea of the arena to building concept, unique detail of the surrounding and involvement of the community was incorporated. Balance and harmony of the urban requirements and inclusion of architectural splendor and grandeur with maximum natural resources promote the richness of the Indian culture. Integration of good landscape design and using the elements on site in
the best possible manner. Flexibility in design for additions, expansion, or alteration to accommodate future needs. Special emphasis was given to the heritage area and the user-friendliness of the design to facilitate the administration of the entire complex.

Kala Art Gallery
The Kala Academy is a perfect destination for exploring cultural heritage. It has a mini gallery, which conducts literary discussions, videos, and art exhibitions by different communities, societies, and individuals with similar interests. It also has a reference library and a huge collection of paintings done by eminent artists. By the design DAC intents to get the art character flowing outside of the building creating the user to experience the art and architecture at its best harmony.
